UGC NET December 2024 Exam To Be Held From January 3, 2025
The examinations will be held for 85 subjects from January 3 to 16, 2025
NEW DELHI: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has released the subject-wise examination dates for the National Eligibility Test (NET) starting on January 3, 2025.
The UGC NET December 2024 session examination will continue till January 16, 2025. Initially, the examination was scheduled to be conducted from January 1, 2025.
The NTA which conducts UGC NET to award Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and appoint Assistant Professor, for appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to PhD and admission to PhD only will hold the December 2024 exam for 85 subjects.
The examinations will be held in online mode.
The UGC NET December 2024 exam will be conducted in two shifts –from 9 am to 12 noon, and 3 pm to 6 pm.
The notification regarding intimation of UGC NET 2024 December exam city intimation will be displayed on NTA website prior to eight days of exam, said a notification issued by the UGC.
