UGC NET June 2025 Session Result To Be Declared On July 22

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the results of the UGC NET June session 2025 on July 22.
The candidates can to access their results on the official NTA website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
The June session exam was conducted between June 25 and 29.
To qualify for the UGC NET exam, candidates belonging to the general category must secure a minimum of 40% marks.
National Testing Agency will announce the result of UGC NET June 2025 cycle on 22nd July 2025.

For candidates from OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD, and transgender categories, the required passing marks are 35%. The exam serves to assess eligibility for assistant professor positions, Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), and admissions to PhD programme. The UGC NET is held twice a year—June and December.
How to check UGC NET June 2025 exam results
Step 1: Visit the official website of UGC NET, ugcnet.nta.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘UGC NET June 2025 Scorecard’ link on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your login credentials, such as application number and password, for login.
Step 4: View your result on the screen.
Step 5: Download and print the scorecard for future reference.
There will be no re-evaluation or re-checking of the UGC NET result.
The UGC NET June 2025 result will be compiled on the basis of the final answer key released.
The record of UGC NET 2025 will be preserved for up to 90 days from the date of declaration of the NET result.
In the last session, 48,161 candidates qualified for Assistant Professorship, and 1,14,445 candidates qualified for PhD. Of the 8,49,166 candidates registered for the exam, 6,49,490 candidates appeared. While only 5,158 candidates qualified for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in December 2204 session.
