University of Hyderabad Invites Application For MBA Programme
The last date for registration for the MBA programme is January 15, 2025; the selection process comprises a group discussion and personal interview
HYDERABAD: The University of Hyderabad (UoH) is inviting applications for admission to its MBA programme for the 2025-27 academic year.
Interested candidates can register themselves at the official website of the university, acad.uohyd.ac.in and uohyd.ac.in.
The registration window opened on December 11, 2024 and the last date for registration for the MBA programme is January 15, 2025.
The official websites have detailed information on the courses offered, eligibility criteria, prescribed fees, and reservation policies. The application process started on December 11, 2024.
CAT 2024 scores will be used for shortlisting the candidates for group discussion/interview.
A candidate has to appear for CAT 2024 to be conducted by the IIMs during November, 2024. However, IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme,
Eligibility criteria
- A minimum three-year first-class bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent with 60%) in any discipline recognised by UGC/the Association of Indian Universities/AICTE, obtained on or before June 2025
- Those completing their final examinations by June, 2025 can also apply.
- Candidates must appear in CAT-2024, conducted by the IIMs on November 24, 2024.
Reservation
As many as 30 seats are available for candidates belonging to the General category, while 11 seats are reserved for candidates belonging to SC category, six for ST, 20 for those belonging to the OBC category and eight from the EWS category.
Four seats each are reserved for candidates belonging to PH and DP categories.
Application fees
- General: Rs 600
- EWS: Rs 550
- OBC: Rs 400
- SC/ST/PWD(PH): Rs 275
- Fees once paid will not be refunded.
