UPSC ESE 2025 Prelims Result Declared; Mains Exam on August 10

NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of Engineering Services Examination (ESE) 2025 preliminary examination.

Candidates who have appeared for the examination can check the result by visiting the official website, upsc.gov.in. The UPSC ESE 2025 preliminary examination was held on June 8.

The candidates who have qualified the UPSC ESE prelims for services in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and electronics and telecom engineering need to appear for the ESE main examination, which will be held on August 10.

The UPSC will make the UPSC ESE mains 2025 admit cards available for download from the Commission’s website around a week before the exam.

The UPSC ESE marks and cut-off marks of the Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination 2025 will be uploaded on upsc.gov.in after the declaration of the final result.

The UPSC has set up a facilitation counter on its campus. Candidates can obtain any information and clarification regarding their examination and result on working days between 10 am and 5 pm in person or over telephone number (011) – 23388088/ 23385271/ 23381125/ 23098543 from this counter.

The UPSC ESE is a three-tier test – prelims, mains and a personality test. The UPSC conducts the ESE to recruit engineers for various technical positions in central government departments and organisations. The recruitment to the IRMS will also be made through ESE (for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Signal and Telecommunication and Stores sub-cadres).
