Vigilance Team Catches Five For Resorting To Unfair Means In BSF Recruitment Exam

Gurugram: The Border Security Force’s (BSF) vigilance team has caught five candidates who allegedly resorted to unfair means during the BSF recruitment examination, the cops said on Monday.

Four candidates were caught using mobile phones during the examination while the fifth had appeared for the exams as a proxy on behalf of an original candidate, reported news agency IANS.

The accused were arrested by the Bhondsi police station and were produced in a local court on Monday. They were sent to two-day police custody.

Police said that BSF had organised a written examination for recruitment to the post of constable at the RBSM Public School in Sohna on Sunday.

The BSF vigilance team found that some candidates were using mobile phones during the examination.

However, a candidate named Pankaj was found appearing for the examination as a proxy for one Manoj Kumar.
