The Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) has released three recruitment notifications on its official website, inviting online applications for filling up 215 posts of scientists, Engineers, Technical Assistant and Technician – B.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the advertised posts from December 16, 2019 to December 30, 2019.
Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre is the leading centre of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) under the Department of Space (DOS). VSSC pioneers in rocket research and launch vehicle projects of ISRO.

Educational Qualification – The required educational qualifications for various posts are different and according to the advertised job.
- SSLC/SSC/10th Class Pass
- ITI/NTC/NAC in Fitter Trade.
- ITI/NTC/NAC in Electronic Mechanic Trade.
- NAC in Boiler Attendant Trade OR Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by Directorate of Factories & Boilers.
- Doctorate in Physics with specialisation in Atmospheric / Space Science with Sc. or equivalent in Physics.
- Doctorate in Physics/ Atmospheric Science/ Meteorology / Space Science / Planetary Science
- Post-Graduation in Physics/Atmospheric Science/Space
- First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR Equivalent
Age Limit – Candidates must be between 35-40 years as on December 31, 2019. In some cases, there is no upper age limit.
