Bengaluru: XLRI, one of the leading business schools in India, has announced the commencement of its 4th batch of Postgraduate Diploma in Management (HRM) programme.
The programme, which will commence in April 2025, is tailored specifically for professionals in the talent pipeline for Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), the institute said in a release.
The 18-month programme, comprising six terms, offers a comprehensive and flexible learning experience. Encompassing more than 30 courses covering strategy, human resource management, finance, technology, marketing, and operations, the programme ensures learners gain in-depth insights into a multitude of topics.
This multidisciplinary approach equips learners with essential C-Suite skills. A three-month capstone project with industry further enhances the practical application.
With the sessions conducted by a mix of academics from XLRI and International B Schools as well as industry practitioners, this programme offers diverse perspectives and practical industry insights.

Eligible criteria:
- To be eligible to enroll in the programme, candidates must have 10 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.
- The course fee is Rs 16,50,000, with the option to pay in four instalments.
