125 Students Stranded In Delhi Brought Back To Jammu Kashmir
Srinagar: Nearly 125 stranded students including specially-abled ones were brought back to J&K from Delhi 125 stranded students including specially-abled brought back to J-K from Delhi on five buses amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
The Department of Information and Public Relations Jammu and Kashmir tweeted, “On the intervention of Lt Gov G. C. Murmu and Advisor to LG Baseer Khan, 125 stranded students including blind and physically challenged were brought back to J&K from New Delhi in 5 AC buses. No fare was charged for the travel.”

Earlier, around 1000 persons including 500 students were on board the Special Shramik Train, which left Pune for Udhampur at 7pm on Tuesday. 2,000 stranded persons were also evacuated from Maharashtra on two Shramik Trains by Jammu and Kashmir authorities.

Meanwhile, the total number of COVID-19 patients in J&K has risen to 1317, and 653 have been cured with 17 deaths so far.
