Varanasi: A former student of the Banaras Hindu University’s (BHU) Vedic Vigyan Kendra, Neha Singh entered the Guinness World Records book after she created the largest spice painting on November 18.
The painting measures 62.72 m² (675.12 ft²) in size and is a result of Neha’s inspiration to create something out of what would have been wasted or expired food, reported ABP Education.
Neha is a resident of Kotwari village of Rasra sub-district in Uttar Pradesh’s Ballia. She painted a moksh ka vriksh (tree of salvation) and earned large-scale appreciation. Ballia district magistrate Shrihari Pratap Shahi handed over the record certificate to her.
Rasda sub-divisional magistrate Moti Lal Yadav too praised her for the humongous effort. BHU took to Twitter to appreciate the achievement.
