Bhubaneswar: Birla Global University (BGU), Bhubaneswar, organised the commencement day programme of newly admitted UG and PG students in a hybrid mode.
The programme started with Saraswati Vandana followed by the welcome address by BGU Registrar BK Das, according to a press release.
IIM-Bangalore director, Professor Rishikesha T Krishnan delivered the commencement day address and said that students should develop skills and qualities like planning for both known and uncertain futures, scanning for information and make contingency plans, developing an entrepreneurial mindset, understand and appreciate technology, collaborate and demonstrate ethics and integrity in both personal and professional life.
Professor Krishnan graced the occasion as the chief guest while Member Board of Governors and Director, BIMTECH Greater Noida, Professor H Chaturvedi was also present on this occasion.
Birla Global University Vice-Chancellor, Prof. PP Mathur, along with Deans of different schools, faculty members and newly admitted students of were also present on occasion.
