New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has asked its affiliated schools to provide the Unified District Information System for Education (UDISE) data online on an immediate basis, India Today reported.
“Non-submission of UDISE+ information also violates rule no. 12.2.2 of Affiliation Bye-Laws,” the notification read.
“The Unified District Information System for Education (UDISE) was initiated in 2012-13 for collecting integrated DISE information for elementary education and secondary education,” it added.
Explaining further, the notification said that UDISE was one of the largest Management Information Systems on School Education and all the schools in India were required to complete their UDISE+ data through the online platform.
