New Delhi: The plea seeking directions to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) to conduct term 1 board exams in hybrid or blended mode was adjourned by the Supreme Court till November 18.
As many as six students filed the plea that says the exams be conducted in a blended mode, both offline and online, and it alleges that the entire exercise of the boards in holding the term one or semester one exams in offline mode only is “patently unreasonable”, reported Hindustan Times.
The CBSE term 1 board exams are slated to start on Tuesday, November 16. The CISCE’s first semester exams are set to commence on November 22.
