Bhubaneswar: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the deadline for registration for upcoming Class X, XII Board examinations for the private candidates.
The registration process has got an extension of three days. The registration process which was scheduled to close on February 22 will now close on February 25, an official circular from the CBSE read.
The extension of the deadline came following requests from several previous year’s candidates that they couldn’t fill examination forms for examination 2021 for Class X, XII as private candidates.
However, candidates were advised by the CBSE to take note of the following instructions strictly:
They should get ready with vital information for filing the forms
Only online form is to be submitted. No hard copy to be sent to CBSE
Candidates need to pay a late fee as applicable
No further extension in the schedule will be allowed
Old practical marks will be taken while computing results of the candidates of examination 2020
