New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) shared a picture of a fake notice regarding CBSE Class XII Term-I results that is circulating on social media and warn the students and concerned authorities on Tuesday.
The fake circular, dated January 22, 2022, says that the Class XII results will be released latest by January 25, also mentioning the procedure of obtaining the Class XII examination results 2022 and even thanks the examination centres.
According to the board, it has not released any such notice on its result website http://cbseresults.nic.in/, main website https://www.cbse.gov.in/cbsenew/cbse.html, or the academic website https://cbseacademic.nic.in/.

The CBSE last released a public notice on its website was a circular, dated January 21, regarding the live streaming of Republic Day.
It may be recalled that the CBSE had issued a public advisory on January 03 regarding the circulation of misleading information on few social media and online platforms. This was regarding major examination changes in Class X and XII Board examinations.
Students and concerned parents are requested to keep checking the official website of CBSE for authentic information related to CBSE Class10 and 12 Term-I results, the board said.
