SPIC MACAY (Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth) will be organizing ‘Anubhav 2021’ for students to experience an ashram-like atmosphere at home.
The week-long virtual programme will be held from June 21 to 27, when students will have a chance to interact with film director Shyam Benegal, actors Rajit Kapur, Shabana Azmi, and legendary musicians Amjad Ali Khan, Shivkumar Sharma, Jayashri, Ulhas Kashalkar and Shahid Parvez.
Workshops on music, dance, arts and craft during the week will be handled by senior gurus.
There is no limit on the number of students registering from any institution.

SPIC MACAY is a voluntary youth movement that aims to make education holistic by promoting intangible aspects of Indian cultural heritage. Programmes are organized on Indian classical music, classical dance, folk music, yoga, meditation, crafts, cinema classics in education campuses.
It’s a movement with chapters in over 800 cities and towns all over the world.
As part of its sustained effort to spread positivity and hope among bright young minds and keep them constructively engaged during the challenging times of COVID-19, SPIC MACAY has been conducting these programmes.
GENERAL SCHEDULE
June 21
6 pm — Inauguration/Orientation
June 22 to 26
4 am to 7 am — Naad Yoga, Hatha Yoga & Meditation by senior Gurus
9 am to 12 noon — Intensives/workshops with gurus of classical dance/music, crafts, folk
2 pm to 5 pm — Folk art sessions/Cinema Classics/Talks
6.15 pm to 9.45 pm — Concerts of classical music and dance by maestros
June 26 night to June 27 morning
