New Delhi: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has launched a course on cybersecurity and a CoronaSafe internship in collaboration with Cyber Peace Foundation to mark the 158th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda on Tuesday, January 12.
More than five lakh students and faculty members will be trained through the programme, reported ABP Education.
AICTE Chairman, Professor Anil D Sahasrabudhe oozed confidence in the role of the two courses in empowering the youth of the country as he announced the results of the AICTE-Pupilfirst CoronaSafe Engineering Fellowship.
The AICTE chief also advised the faculty members to make classes more interesting to inculcate creativity and lateral thinking among the students.
Sanjay Vijayakumar of Pupilfirst disclosed that selections were made for the fellowship after a three-stage interview process. This has been designed to select 24 of India’s brightest software engineering students in the first phase.
