Delhi Govt Colleges’ Ad Hoc Teachers Won’t Be Removed, says AAP

New Delhi: Despite Delhi Teachers Association’s demand to make permanent appointments of all ad hoc teachers in the Delhi government colleges, the ruling party has said that ad hoc teachers won’t be removed from their posts.

Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Rajya Sabha member from Delhi, Sushil Kumar Gupta said that although new teachers are being recruited in Delhi government colleges, the ad hoc teachers won’t be removed in any of the Delhi government colleges, reported news agency IANS.

Gupta said that permanent appointment of principals didn’t take place for a long time in Delhi government colleges.

Efforts are being made for permanent appointment of principals in colleges where advertisements for filling principals’ posts have already been released.
