New Delhi: The Delhi government announced establishing the Delhi Board of School Education (DBSE) on Tuesday.
Delhi’s Directorate of Education has announced the same on Twitter. “Now Delhi has its own education board. Delhi Education Board got registered today,” it tweeted.

Congratulating the students, teachers and other stakeholders, the directorate of education said this will bring the most awaited reform in the Union Territory’s assessment system.
Around 20 to 25 schools will be under the new board in the coming 2021-22 academic session, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had earlier announced.
Kejriwal informed that Delhi Cabinet has approved the constitution of its own school education board on March 6.
