DU, DTU Students Join Hands To Oppose Online Exams

New Delhi: Students of the Delhi University have launched a campaign against the varsity’s decision to opt for online examinations during the lockdown.

Earlier, the student body Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) had opposed the decision in a memorandum to the DU vice chancellor.

Besides, students of Delhi Technological University (DTU) have also joined the campaign. The protest came after the engineering institute also made plans to hold online examinations for final year students.

The collective campaign is led by All India Students Association. The students showed their support from homes by sharing pictures on social media platforms with holding placards filled with slogans on Sunday.

One of the messages shared on social media said, “Start classroom teaching after lockdown and take offline exams”.
