New Delhi: The Haryana government has decided to provide government-run schools with a fund of Rs 2,500 to Rs 4,000 each to purchase hand sanitisers, face masks, hand wash, toilet cleaners, among other cleanliness material.
The schools here have been asked to open offices to complete the administrative work, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar tweeted.
As per the state government’s notification, differently-abled staff, pregnant staff members, and staff suffering from any chronic disease have not been allowed to work during this time.
Besides, Haryana Board has completed the evaluation process for Class X. However, it is yet to take a call to conduct the pending science paper.
Meanwhile, NCERT is working on guidelines for reopening the schools in the country post the lockdown.
