New Delhi: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the CA May exam dates for the Foundation course. The examination will be conducted on June 24, 26, 28, and 30.
The date sheet can be accessed on the official website of ICAI icai.org. The online application process for the Foundation examination will start on April 20. The deadline for submission of applications is May 4.
Foundation Paper I and II will be conducted between 2 pm and 5 pm, and Paper III and IV will be held between 2 pm and 4 pm. No extra reading time will be given for Paper III and IV while for all other exams, an advance reading time of 15 minutes will be provided from 1.45 pm to 2 pm.
Candidates appearing for the exam from the Indian centres will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1,500 while for the Kathmandu (Nepal) centre candidates, the fee is Rs 2,200. Overseas candidates will need to pay an application fee of $325.
“It may be emphasized that there would be no change in the examination schedule in the event of any day of the examination schedule being declared a public holiday by the Central Government or any State Government/local holiday,” ICAI said in the official notification.
