New Delhi: The December 2021 term-end examinations of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will be held from March 4 to April 11.
Students can download admit cards by visiting the official website — ignou.ac.in.
Exams in various academic programmes will be conducted at 800 centres, including 19 overseas and 89 in jails for inmates.
IGNOU has issued admit cards for 6,76,790 students who had applied for appearing in term-end exams.
Students must carry admit cards to exam centres. They will also have to show valid identity card issued by the university/government.
However, authorities have been instructed to allow students to sit for the exam even if they don’t possess hall ticket (examination intimation slip) but their names exist in the list of examinees at the centres.
How to download hall ticket
* Visit official IGNOU website — ignou.ac.in
* Under ‘alerts’ section on homepage, click on ‘Hall ticket December 2021 term end examination’ link
* Once new page opens, click on ‘Link for hall ticket’
* Another new tab will open, enter enrolment number and name of programme, and click on ‘submit’
* Admit card will be displayed on your screen
* Save admit card for future reference and take a printout.
