Hyderabad: Online classes for B Tech and B Pharm, as well as for MBA and MCA affiliated institutes commenced at the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU-H) on Tuesday, September 1.
According to the university’s revised academic calendar, second-year, third-year and fourth-year students from a total of 483 affiliated institutes would have to take online classes on different platforms via the T-SAT network.
“Initially, the classes will be conducted online for two to three hours per day, and may be extended to four-five hours. The prescribed protocols/guidelines related to Covid-19 will be followed,” the JNTU-H calendar read.
JNTU-H asked the teachers to mark the attendance of students taking online classes.
