Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar based KIIT International School organised the IC3 (International Career & College Counselling) Regional Forum 2020, the first-of-its-kind in Odisha, on January 23. As many as 100 participants from 49 different Schools and 14 universities of seven countries participated in the Regional Forum.
The IC3 Regional Forums are a series of one-day events in high schools across India, South Asia, Southeast Asia, The Middle East and Oceania, organised by the IC3 Conference Committees
Inaugurating the IC3, Dr. Mona Lisa Bal, Chairperson, KIIT International School emphasised on the importance of such meets to bridge the gap between Schools, Colleges and Universities.
The Regional Forum at KIIT was graced by Ganesh Kohli, Founder, IC3 Movement. Kohli encouraged delegates to develop teaching processes and techniques. Dr. Sanjay Suar, Principal, KIIT International School congratulated all members of the Regional Forum and encouraged all members to explore the realms of innovation of college counselling.
A host of speakers from academics and administration from different parts of the country participated in the IC3 Regional Forum 2020, promoting dialogues between administrators, teachers and directors on an intense and productive platform of exploration. Panel discussion on navigating undergraduate study options in India was also conducted during the Regional Forum.
The IC3 Regional Forum ended on a productive note of mutual exploration and participation.
