Lady Hardinge Medical College: 62 Vacancies For Medical Laboratory Technologist Posts

New Delhi: Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), New Delhi has invited applications for the post of medical laboratory technologist (MLT). Interested and eligible candidates can apply within 30 days of the date of publication of the recruitment notice in Employment News.

Candidates from Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep, Lahaul & Spiti and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, must forward their applications within 37 days of the publication of the notice in Employment News.

Who Can Apply: All Indians.

No. of Vacancies: 50 vacancies are available in LHMC & Smt. S.K. Hospital, New Delhi and 12 in Kalawati Saran Children’s Hospital, New Delhi.

Salary Scale: Rs 35,400-1,12,400

Maximum Age: 30 years; government servants have relaxation by up to 5 years.

Eligibility Criteria: The applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, plus minimum experience of 2 years in a recognized hospital/institution in the post of Medical Laboratory Technologist or Laboratory Technologist.

Selection Criteria: The shortlisting of candidates is based on medical fitness or a written exam conducted by the medical college. In case the number of applicants is large, the institution may adopt any criteria for the screening & shortlisting of eligible applicants. The final merit lists will be made on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test

Application Fee:  Rs 300 through NTR portal bharatkosh.gov.in. However, there is no application fee for SC/ST and PWD candidates.

Important Details: The applications must be enclosed with self-attested copies of age certificate, educational qualifications, experience certificate, caste/category certificate (if any), disability certificate (if any) and other testimonials and supporting documents wherever applicable.
