New Delhi: With educational institutions closed due to the countrywide lockdown, Doordarshan (DD) and All India Radio (AIR) have started broadcasting virtual classes through their regional channels on TV, radio and YouTube.
The virtual classes are going to be of great help to scores of students, especially to in Classes X and XII to prepare for their board and competitive exams.
Apart from curriculum-based texts, these virtual classes will also incorporate quiz shows and storytelling.
The virtual classes are aired early in the morning and few of them are even broadcast again in the afternoon.
Doordarshan Kendras have already started broadcasting virtual classes in Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Gujarat, and Jammu and Kashmir
