Madhya Pradesh Varsities To Hold Final-Year Exams Offline

New Delhi: The universities in Madhya Pradesh will conduct the final-year examinations for all undergraduate courses in offline mode.

According to Higher Education Minister Mohan Yadav, final-year students’ examinations will be held with physical attendance at the exam centres. The exams have been deferred to allow the universities enough time to make arrangements in view of the COVID-19 precautions.

Yadav further said that the examinations for the final year undergraduate and fourth-semester postgraduate students will be conducted in May.

“The final year and postgraduate–fourth-semester examinations will be held in May 2021 with physical attendance at the examination centres. The examinations for the first and second year and postgraduate second semester will be held in June 2021 through the open book system,” Yadav was quoted as saying by NDTV.

Schools will reopen in Madhya Pradesh from Classes I to VIII on April 1.
