New Delhi: The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) 2019-20 has been postponed to February 7, 2021, from its earlier May 10 date, reported NDTV.
In a statement by National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT), the pandemic was cited as the reason for the postponement, and mentioned the revised date as “7th February 2021 (Sunday) in all the States/UTs.”
As the NTSE is held yearly in two stages, the first stage for the 2020-21 exam scheduled will be held at the state level on December 12 and 13, and the second stage on June 13 for the shortlisted candidates from round 1. Qualified candidates will be eligible for the scholarship.
All further details regarding the examination are available on the official website ncert.nic.in.
