NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the results for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).
Candidates can check their scores on the official website, ctet.nic.in.
A total of 26,49,129 candidates registered for the exam, of whom 23,24,625 appeared. Out of these, 5,97,061 candidates have qualified, with an overall pass percentage of 25.68%.
The Paper 1 recorded 12,11,611 registrations with 10,65,410 candidates appearing and 3,58,937 qualifying (33.69%), while Paper 2 saw 21,56,459 registrations, 18,67,428 appearances, and 3,46,738 qualifiers (18.56%), said an official notification.

Candidates who have cleared the exam will receive CTET certificates, which are valid for a lifetime. The CBSE will also upload digital marksheets and qualifying certificates on DigiLocker shortly, which candidates can access using their registered mobile number.

The CTET is a national-level eligibility exam conducted by CBSE to determine candidates’ suitability for teaching positions in Classes 1 to 8. It is a mandatory qualification for recruitment in central government schools such as Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, as well as several other schools across the country.
