New Delhi: The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 has been scheduled for September. Although a section of students is demanding the exam to be postponed to help them prepare for other exams scheduled around NEET, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has not made any announcement in this regard yet.
According to the latest updates, the NEET-UG 2021 will be conducted on September 12 across the country and at overseas centres. To ensure no unfair means are being adopted in the examination hall, the NTA has issued the dress codes for students for the upcoming exam.
NEET 2021 Dress Code For Girls
- Wearing face masks and gloves are compulsory.
- Female candidates are advised to avoid wearing full sleeves clothes, clothes with elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches, or large buttons.
- Avoid footwear with heels, jeans with big pockets.
- Do not wear any kind of jewellery – earrings, nose rings, rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets and anklets.
NEET 2021 Dress Code For Boys
- Wearing a face mask and gloves are mandatory.
- Male candidates are allowed to wear half sleeve shirts, T-shirts. Full sleeve shirts are not allowed in the NEET exam.
- Wear light clothes on exam day. Zip pockets, big buttons, and clothes with elaborate embroidery are not allowed. Candidates can wear trousers and simple pants.
- Do not wear closed shoes. Candidates are allowed to wear slippers or other simple footwear with thin soles.
