New Delhi: The online registration for Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) will close on March 20. Interested candidates can fill in the application form on the official website ‘ojee.nic.in’.
The exam will be held from May 2 to 5 this year and the centres will be allotted in Balasore, Bhadrak, Berhampur, Rayagada, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Rourkela, Sambalpur and Jharsuguda through the OJEE admit card.
The admit cards will be uploaded on ojee.nic.in, under the login of the candidates.
The entrance test includes MCQs and the question paper is in English. Candidates will be scoring 4 marks for each correct answer and will lose one mark for every wrong answer. The entrance exam is held only in online mode.
The OJEE result is announced, as the rank card includes the score and rank of the candidates. The rank card is uploaded on the official website ‘ojee.nic.in’. Seats will be allocated based on the basis of a merit list through proper counseling as per the government guidelines.
After clearing OJEE, students can enroll for various courses such as BPharm, integrated MBA, MCA, MBA, MTech, MPharm, MArch, MPlan. Moreover, lateral entry in BTech and BPharm courses is also done on the basis of OJEE result.
Candidates from Odisha can apply for all the courses in any of the government and private colleges of the state. Candidates, hailing from other states, can enroll only in the private colleges of Odisha.
