Over 90% Pass Rajasthan Board Class 12 Science Stream Exams; Girls Outperform Boys

Jaipur: Yash Sharma topped the class 12 science exams of Board of School Education Rajasthan, Ajmer (BSER) with 95.60 per cent marks.

The results were declared on Wednesday afternoon in the presence of the state’s Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra.

Those who have still not checked their results, can do so by visiting rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in or rajresults.nic.in websites.

The girls did better, with 94.9 per cent clearing the exams, which which concluded online on June 27. Among boys, 90.6 per cent passed.

The overall percentage of successful candidates was more than 90, which was less than last year’s record high of 92.88 per cent.

Of the 2,39,800 candidates appearing for the science stream exams, 2,18,232 passed, while 4,396 students — including 3,111 males — will be appearing for supplementary exams. The dates of supplementary examination will be announced shortly.
