Pondicherry University Invites Application for 179 Faculty Positions

Pondicherry University has invited application for the recruitment of professors, associate professors and assistant professors in multiple disciplines and departments.

The last date to register online, which was earlier scheduled to end on September 9, has now been extended to November 04, 2019.

The Vacancies:

• Professor – 44 posts
• Associate Professor – 68 posts
• Assistant Professor- 67 posts

Educational Qualification: 

Master’s Degree/ PhD in the concerned subject. The qualifications and other conditions prescribed in the advertisement are subject to the regulations/norms stipulated by the MHRD/UGC and other statutory bodies from time to time.

Candidates must have also cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC/CSIR with desirable experience in teaching in the concerned discipline/subject as detailed in the advertisement.
