New Delhi: The International business-institution Emlyon Business School, France, which also has its campus in India, has made it into the world’s top-10 Masters in management courses with its “Grande Ecole Program” taught in English, as per the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) 2021 global rankings.
The ranking list was published on September 23. According to a release, the Grande Ecole program bagged the 10th position out of 148 management programs assessed in 30 different countries.
The QS ranking is based on a reputed method and evaluating criteria such as employability, thought leadership and alumni careers.
Besides, the school’s International MBA (IMBA) program jumped 35 ranks in the QS Global MBA rankings and is now ranked 62nd worldwide and 25th in Europe. As for Indian students, the school is ranked ahead of the Indian School of Business (ISB) and most Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs).
“We are delighted to see that the school’s strategy and the resulting academic choices are today acclaimed by the community of Higher Education. This recognition reinforces our confidence in our objective to position Emlyon Business School among the best business schools in the world,” said Isabelle Huault, president of the Executive Board and Dean of Emlyon Business School.
Ashley Fernandes, Head Emlyon Business School, India said, “The rankings speak volumes about the global academic excellence of the school. They are also a responsibility and an encouragement for us to work harder and keep providing global quality education in the years to come. I would particularly like to congratulate all the early makers from India who have made it to the Grand Ecole and IMBA programs this year. We would be happy to welcome many more Indian students in the coming years.”
In 2018, Emlyon Business School entered into a partnership agreement with Xavier University, Bhubaneswar.
