NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has commenced the registration process for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test – Super Specialty (NEET SS) 2025.
Eligible candidates can apply through the official website, natboard.edu.in. The registration process will remain open until November 25, 11:55 pm.
The NEET SS 2025 will be conducted on December 26 and 27, 2025 in computer-based mode. The examination serves as a gateway for admission to DM, MCh, and DrNB super-specialty courses in medical institutions, said an official notification

The board has said that this year’s exam schedule has been revised twice — originally slated for November 6 and 7, it was later postponed to December 27 and 28, before being rescheduled once more to December 26 and 27.

How to apply for NEET SS 2025
Step 1: Visit the official NBEMS website, natboard.edu.in.
Step 2: Click on the NEET-SS 2025 link under the examinations tab.
Step 3: Register using a valid email ID and mobile number to generate login credentials.
Step 4: Fill in personal, academic, and contact details, then upload the required documents.
Step 5: Pay the examination fee, review the information, and submit the application form.
Step 6: Keep a printed copy of the confirmation page for reference.

Only candidates who have successfully submitted the application form along with the prescribed examination fee will be eligible to appear for NEET-SS 2025, the notification said.
Marking scheme
As per the official information bulletin, the NEET SS 2025 will follow a negative marking system, with 25% marks deducted for every incorrect answer. Each correct response will carry four marks, while one mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. No marks will be awarded or deducted for unattempted questions.
