NEW DELHI: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has opened the registration window for the School Teacher Recruitment Examination, TRE 4.0.
The recruitment drive will be conducted for 32,388 school teacher posts in the Bihar Education Department.
Candidates can submit applications online by visiting the official BPSC website, bpsc.bihar.gov.in.
The last date of submitting the application forms is September 30, 2026, said an official notification.

BPSC TRE 4.0 Recruitment 2026 application fee
Candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 100 online using a debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.

Step 1: Visit the official BPSC website, bpsc.bihar.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the link for TRE 4.0 or Advertisement No. 14/2026.
Step 3: Complete the registration process.
Step 4: Log in and fill out the application form.
Step 5: Enter the required personal and educational details.
Step 6: Upload the required documents and certificates.
Step 7: Pay the application fee by September 29.
Step 8: Check all the details before submitting the form.
Step 9: Download the submitted application form and payment receipt for reference.

BPSC TRE 4.0 Recruitment 2026: exam pattern
The selection test will be held for two and half hours, with 150 questions carrying 150 marks
The question paper will consist of objective-type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Candidates will get one mark for each correct answer.
Negative marking will be applicable for wrong answers in the objective test.
