SOA Alumni Reunite In Pune To Celebrate Legacy & Strengthen Bond

The event witnesses former students across batches reconnecting with old friends and exploring opportunities for future collaboration.

BHUBANESWAR: Former students of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University (SOA) reunited at an annual alumni meet organised by the Mumbai-Pune chapter of SOA Alumni Association in Pune recently.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation by the former students across batches triggering nostalgia as the participants had a great time of togetherness reconnecting with old friends and exploring opportunities for future collaboration.

SOA Vice-Chancellor Prof Pradipta Kumar Nanda, who was present, updated the former students with the university’s growth and vision. He also congratulated them for their achievements while encouraging them to contribute towards mentoring others, exploring research collaboration possibilities and institutional development.

Director, Corporate Relations and Industry Engagement, Ripti Ranjan Das and Prof. Sarada Prasanna Pati, senior faculty from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, were present along with faculty members and special guests.

Members of the SOA Alumni Association, including its president, Dr Susmita Panda, secretary Dr Shaktiketan Prusty, convenor Abhishek Pattnaik and core committee Member Dr Sweta Rani Biswal shared insights about upcoming initiatives including focused mentorship, student support and professional networking.
