Bhubaneswar: The SOA Deemed to be University hosted a grand joint graduation ceremony, bringing together graduates from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPS-1) and SUM Nursing College (SNC-1) at Campus‑1, on Wednesday.
Students from diverse programs — B Pharm, M Pharm, Integrated MSc Biotechnology, MSc Biotechnology, MSc Nursing, BSc Nursing, and Post Basic BSc Nursing — proudly received their degrees, marking the culmination of years of rigorous study and training.
SOA Vice-Chancellor Prof Pradipta Kumar Nanda, who gave away the degrees, urged the graduates to dedicate their careers to the service of humanity, reminding them of the tireless efforts of medical professionals during the Covid pandemic.
The ceremony was graced by senior university functionaries including Pro‑Vice Chancellors Prof. (Dr) Neeta Mohanty and Prof. Anup Kumar Samantaray, along with deans, directors, and faculty members, who applauded the achievements of the graduating batches.
