NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced that a re-examination will be held on August 29 for nearly 59,500 candidates affected by technical glitches during the Selection Posts Phase-XIII Examination 2025 held between July 24 and August 2.
According to the official notification, the exam will be conducted in three shifts.
“Regarding rescheduling of approximately 59,500 candidates of Selection Posts/Phase-XIII Examination-2025 on 29.08.2025, it is intimated that the city details for such candidates were made live on 22.08.2025,” a notification issued by the SSC said.

The candidates can download their admit card by logging in through the designated login module on the website, ssc.gov.in. It further noted that candidates will also be informed through e-mail and SMS by the respective regional offices.
The admit cards for the rescheduled exam are available, and candidates can access them through the candidate portal on the SSC website. The Commission advised that any issues related to admit cards should be taken up with the concerned Regional Offices.
“A detailed log analysis has been done and about 59,000 candidates have been identified for whom three special exam shifts have been scheduled on August 29, 2025,” SSC Chairman S. Gopalakrishnan said.
The Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2025, originally scheduled for August 13, has been postponed to mid-September to ensure the technical issues are resolved.
