Bhubaneswar: Summit India, in association with Tech Avant-Garde (TAG), launched a three-month-long summit ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam Education Summit 2022’ on the changing education landscape in India.
The summit kicked off with a three-day virtual conference from January 20 to 22, with an inaugural message from President Ram Nath Kovind, according to a press release.
“The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, is happy to know that the Summit India, New Delhi, is conducting ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam Education Summit 2022’; and appreciates the Summit that will be educative and informative for the audience. The President extends his warm greetings and felicitations to the organisers and participants as well as sends his best wishes for the success of the event,” the President’s Office in a letter on the Summit.
Some of the speakers who were present include Minister of State for Education, Annpurna Devi; Minister of State for Skill Development Entrepreneurship, Electronic & IT, Rajeev Chandrashekhar; Hon’ble Minister of State for Tribal Affairs, Renuka Singh; Member of the NEP 2020 Drafting Committee, MK Sridhar; AICTE Chairman, Prof. Anil D Sahasrabudhe; NCERT Director, Prof. Sridhar Shrivastava, Director Skill & Training CBSE, Dr Biswajit Saha; National Secretary ASISC, KV Vincent; National Secretary, Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan, Atul Kothari; Director – Education Advocacy, Microsoft India, Dr Vinnie Jauhari, CEO, NASSCOM Kirti Seth.
