New Delhi: The Supreme Court (SC) of India on Wednesday refused to hear any fresh batch of petitions against conducting the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2020 (NEET) on September 13.
A bench of Justices, which included Ashok Bhushan, R Subhash Reddy and MR Shah said, “Sorry, we are not inclined to entertain,”
The top court also added that authorities will take all measures to ensure the safety of those appearing for the medical entrance.
The apex court was hearing three pleas against conducting the exam scheduled on September 13. Justice Ashok Bhushan said, “Everything is over now. Review has also been dismissed.”
