Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar GST, Central Excise & Customs Zone is celebrating the Swachhta Pakhwada 2021 from August 16 to 31.
An essay/article writing competition is being organised by the Zone under Swachhta Pakhwada 2021 programme to mark the occasion. Essays/ articles and open editorials have been invited from all willing participants in Odisha.
The participants can send their write-ups on any one of the following topics:
- Role of cleanliness in nation-building
- A clean India: Your innovative thoughts count
- Swachh Bharat Mission through the lens of WASH (Water Sanitation and Hygiene)
This competition is open to all students of schools, colleges, universities, staffs of different public, private sector units etc. and others residing in Odisha. The entries can be made in Hindi or English or Odiya language only.
The gradation would be based on originality of thought, innovative suggestions and organisation of ideas. The word limit is 1000 words.
The entries must be submitted in PDF/MS Word format or even handwritten photocopies format and should be e-mailed to chirantan.roy@gov.in.
The participants are advised to clearly mention their name in capital letters, mobile number and age while sending their entries. The students need to attach their school identity card copies and Aadhar Card copies.
The last date for submission of the write up is August 25 midnight. The selected write-ups shall be published in Konark Magazine of the Bhubaneswar Zone and winners of the competition shall be awarded on September 5 on the occasion of Teachers’ Day.
