New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the admit card for the civil services preliminary exam 2020 on Tuesday. To download the admit card, candidates can visit the official website of the authority and can log in using their roll numbers or registration IDs.
The UPSC will conduct the prelims on October 4. After downloading the admit card if candidates find any error they can contact the UPSC to sort out the matter. The students have to preserve the E-Admit Card till the declaration of the final results of the Civil Services Examination 2020.
Conducting exam at the time of the coronavirus pandemic, UPSC has also put in place the safety measures for students appearing in Civil Services Prelims 2020:
1. All students have to carry their own hand sanitizers.
2. A face mask or cover is mandatory for all candidates. No one will be allowed to enter the venue without the mask
3. Students have to enter 10 minutes before the start of the exams and no one will be allowed to enter the examination hall later than that. The examination hall will be closed 10 minutes before the commencement of the Examination i.e. 09:20 am for the morning and 02:20 pm for the afternoon session.
4. Those who have opted for their own scribe will be allowed for the exam only with a separate e-Admit Card issued separately by the authority.
5. All the students have to follow COVID-19 guidelines like social distancing and personal hygiene etc.
