NEW DELHI: The Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur, has extended the deadline for online application for XAT 2026.
According to an official notice, the registration window has been extended till December 11, midnight. Candidates who are yet to register for the test can complete their online application process on the official website, xatonline.in.
The XAT 2026 registration process began on July 10 this year. Candidates must fill the online application form, upload a recent photograph, signature and a valid ID proof, select their preferred test cities and pay the examination fee before the deadline.
To apply, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree of at least three years from a recognised university. Final-year undergraduate students are also permitted to register.
How to register for XAT 2026
Step 1: Visit the official website, xatonline.in
Step 2: Select the ‘Register’ option.
Step 3: Enter your name, email ID, mobile number and create a password.
Step 4: A verification email will be sent to your registered email ID.
Step 5: Click the verification link in the email and proceed to complete the application form.
Step 6: Fill in the personal, educational and work experience details.
Step 7: Select the programmes you wish to apply for.
Step 8: Choose six preferred test cities.
Step 9: Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature.
Step 10: Pay the application fee.
Step 11: Click ‘Submit’ to complete the application process.
The application procedure includes filling in the online form, uploading the required documents — including a recent photograph and signature — and paying the Rs 2,200 registration fee. The XAT 2026 exam will be held on January 4, 2026, from 2 pm to 5 pm.
