IIT Bhubaneswar’s AR/VR Conclave & Hackathon Ends On a Grand Note

The Valedictory Ceremony Of the 3 -Day AR/VR Conclave and Hackathon at Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar ended on a grand note today. Chief Guest, Subroto Bagchi, gave an interesting talk to the participants and encouraged them to take up activities in the field of AR/VR.

IIT Bubaneswar successfully conducted the 3-Day conclave on AR/VR Conclave and Hackathon at IIT Bhubaneswar in association with Software technology Parks of India (STPI) and Government of Odisha.

“I would like to congratulate all participating Institutions and teams for the enthusiasm and innovation they showcased. The Conclave and Hackathon is conceptualized to encourage creativity and technology development amongst the engineering students across country in AR/VR,” said Professor V raja Kumar, Director, IIT Bhubaneswar, who presided over the ceremony.

The valedictory ceremony was followed by award distribution by Guest of Honour Susmita Bagchi. The two best teams, winners of the AR.VR Conclave and Hackathon,who got the cash award of Rs 50,000/- and Rs 25,000/- were Learn-O-Little team (Neha Tuli, Gurwinder Singh, Shivam Dhall) and AR Hub (Rahul Talukdar, Kumar Utkarsh, Yelchury Venkata Sai Subhha, Sushant Shukla) respectively.
