Kharagpur: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur has issued the admit cards for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
Candidates may access the admit cards on the IIT Kharagpur’s official website — gate.iitkgp.ac.in.
Primarily, GATE tests the candidates’ comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in engineering and science to grant admission to the Masters Programme and Recruitment by some public sector firms.
This year, IIT Kharagpur is organising the GATE 2022 along with six other institutes like IIT Mumbai, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, Chennai, IIT Roorkee and Indian Institute of Science (IIS) Bengaluru.
Two new papers — Geomatics Engineering (GE) and Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering (NM) — have been introduced in the GATE 2022.
Steps to download the GATE 2022 admit card:
Step 1: Go to the official website of IIT Kharagpur – https://gate.iitkgp.ac.in/
Step 2: Click on the link, “Download Admit Card”
Step 3: Type in your GATE 2022 identification number and other login credentials
Step 4: Click on the ‘Submit’ option and you will be directly taken to the page to view and download the GATE 2022 admit cards
