CBSE will also send DigiLocker login details to students via SMS on their registered mobile numbers.
NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued an important update for the students awaiting the Class 10 and 12 results for 2025.
The CBSE has now made available the DigiLocker security PINs, also known as ‘access codes’, which will be needed to access digital versions of documents including the marksheet, migration certificate, and school leaving certificate.
The CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 results for 2025 are currently in the final stages of preparation and will be released soon, said a statement issued by the CBSE.

In its recent advisory, the CBSE said that it has distributed student-wise DigiLocker Access Codes to schools through their DigiLocker school accounts. These codes must be shared with the students individually to ensure secure and private access to their digital academic records.
How to download PIN file
Step 1: Visit digitallocker.gov.in
Step 2: Select “Login as School” and enter CBSE LOC (List of Candidates) credentials
Step 3: Click on “Download PIN File”
Step 4: Choose either Class 10 or Class 12
Step 5: Download and securely distribute the PINs to each student
How DigiLocker Access Code works?
The Access Code is a 6-digit security PIN introduced by CBSE to restrict access to personal academic records to authorised users only. This feature is part of Parinam Manjusha, CBSE’s official academic repository, developed in collaboration with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD).
Marks statement
Once the CBSE results are declared, students can log into DigiLocker using the credentials and Access Code provided. The CBSE will also send DigiLocker login details to students via SMS on their registered mobile numbers. Through this platform, students will be able to download verified digital copies of their marksheets and certificates for academic and career purposes.
