Bhubaneswar: The Central University of Odisha, Koraput, with the aim to increase its national importance, is going to join the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) consortium for admission to various post graduate, under graduate and research programmes, this year.
CUCET is a national level entrance examination which is regulated by eleven Central universities jointly. The test is conducted for providing admission into various under graduate (UG), post graduate (PG), MPhil and PhD programmes offered by the Central universities across India. A student can get opportunity to choose for any course offered by any Central university.
According to a press release, this year CUO will be inviting applications through this platform for 30 programmes. These include 2-year PG and 2-year UG programmes.
This year CUCET registration will commence from March, on its official website. CUCET is conducted once a year in various cities in India. The exam is conducted offline (pen and paper mode).
