CTET 2021: CBSE Adds New Exam Centre; Know Other Changes

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) added a new exam centre in Leh, changed the eligibility criteria and extended the deadline for submission of the application forms for the upcoming CBSE-CTET 2021.

The CBSE-CTET 2021 is scheduled from December 16, 2021, to January 13, 2022.

CTET job aspirants are now allowed to register for the exam till October 25. Candidates can make the exam fee payment till October 26, 3.30 pm, said the board.

“The candidates who have already applied for CTET December, 2021 and wish to change their city or make any correction in their particulars in the online application form can do so from 28.10.2021 to 03.11.2021. No corrections shall be allowed under any circumstances after this date,” the CBSE said via a notification.

The board has also allowed candidates with PG with a minimum 55 per cent marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated BEd-MEd to apply for CTET-December.

The CBSE-CTET is conducted for the selection of teachers for classes I to VIII.
