Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has approved the recruitment of 7540 teachers for government secondary schools, 5T Secretary VK Pandian informed on Friday.
In an Instagram post, Pandian wrote, “Massive job opportunities for the youth of Odisha as Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has approved the recruitment of 7,540 teachers for government secondary schools. It will further expand opportunities for youth, transform education and give a huge boost to student learning (sic)”.
Notably, 13,000 teachers were recruited last year. “This will hugely benefit the employment scenario and transform the education infrastructure of Odisha,” he added.
